Bin Weevils was a fun online browser-based virtual world game that aimed at a younger audience. The game provided players with a ton of fun activities to do, cool secrets to unlock, and overall looked very appealing, especially for the target audience. Bin Weevils was definitely worth giving a shot because of all it had going for it.

When players started off in the world of Bin Weevils for the first time, they were met with the choice of either going through the tutorial first or heading straight into the game world. The best part about this was that even if they skipped it at first, they could go back any time to go through the tutorial and learn a bit more about the game. The tutorial itself was brilliant and taught players every necessary aspect of the game, such as buying items, feeding their weevil, and pretty much everything else there was in the game.

The gameplay of Bin Weevils was filled to the brim with loads of unique and fun activities to go through. There were multiple different mini-games to play, and each mini-game was heavily rewarding, so they were all worth going through. Other than these mini-games, there were also other social activities, and for players who liked to go solo, there were tons of good exploration elements in the game that often led to some very hefty incentives. The game basically gave you something to do wherever you went, and often times you even found hidden surprises in places where you'd least expect them.

There was a really good shop in Bin Weevils that had a solid variety of items to choose from. You could buy cool apparel and fashion accessories for your weevil, or you could also buy some decorative items for your nest to make it look cooler. The funny and rather intriguing thing was that there was even a counter for how cool your nest was, so you wanted that to be as high as it could go.

Graphically, Bin Weevils looked pretty amazing. The game had a really unique and interesting art style that made it stand out from the crowd, and this was coupled with a very high level of detail and a great color palette that truly made the game shine. Other than this, things like the user interface were really sleek, and you rarely ever had trouble navigating through the game.

As for micro-transactions, Dosh was the currency utilized in Bin Weevils, and although you could acquire it normally through in-game means, you could also get your hands on it with real-world money and in turn use it to buy cool things from the shop. There was also an option for a premium membership that opened a lot of cool gameplay options for the players.

Bin Weevils was a really fun game that certainly pleased everyone who played it, with lots of fun, games, and new friends. Abandoned by its developer long before, the game was unfortunately discontinued on 16 January 2021 due to it no longer being supported by Adobe Flash Player.
